We’re not in Chula Vista — we’re on Bonita Road, about 4.8 miles and eleven minutes from Third Avenue Village. Close enough that a good share of our regulars are Chula Vista people who got tired of the drive north for a decent salad.
If you’ve ever searched for somewhere healthy to eat south of the 8 and come up short, that’s the gap we’ve been filling since we opened. Everything is made to order, the breakfast menu runs until we close, and you can feed a vegan, a keto eater and a kid from the same counter.

Getting here from Chula Vista
From most of western and central Chula Vista it’s a straight run up Bonita Road. From Rancho del Rey, Terra Nova and Bonita Long Canyon it’s closer to five minutes than ten. From Otay Ranch and Millenia, Otay Lakes Road brings you in from the east.
We’re in the Bonita Centre, with a free parking lot and free street parking on Bonita Road — no structure, no validation, no circling.
What to order, depending on why you’re here
You’re eating before or after the gym
The Açaí Super Food Bowl ($12.99) — spinach, pineapple, strawberries, hemp seed, goji berries, cacao nibs, vegan as it comes. Or a rice bowl with chicken or salmon ($15.99–$16.99). Protein add-ons go on any salad.
You’re having a morning meeting
Breakfast runs all day, so nobody has to check the clock. Chilaquiles ($13.99) is the one people order twice. Avocado toast is $12.99, the house oatmeal $9.49, and there’s free Wi-Fi, indoor seating and a patio if the meeting runs long.
You want lunch that isn’t a compromise
Six salads, $11.99 to $12.49. Eight oven-toasted sandwiches, $11.99–$14.49. Wraps at $12.99. Burritos from $6.49. The Ahi Tuna Bowl ($16.49) if you want something that feels like a proper meal.
You’re bringing the kids
Kids’ menu for ages 10 and under, and every kids’ meal comes with a fruit water and a bowl of fresh fruit. High chairs available. Dogs are welcome too — inside as well as on the patio.

Our kitchen is not a dedicated allergen-free facility. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, tell us when you order — we’ll take precautions and be honest about what we can and can’t guarantee.
If you’d rather not drive
We deliver to Chula Vista through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, or you can order direct from us for pickup. Ordering direct keeps the money with a family-owned business instead of the apps, which take a real cut.
Online ordering closes at 7:45 p.m. so the kitchen can finish everything properly before we close at 8:00. That’s deliberate, not an oversight.
Catering for Chula Vista offices and events
We cater across Chula Vista and South County San Diego — office lunches, meetings, family gatherings. Bowls travel well because people can eat them at a desk without a plate, and we can cover vegan, vegetarian, keto and gluten-free guests in one order without anyone feeling like an afterthought.
Call (619) 470-7300 and we’ll work it out in one conversation.

Questions we get asked

What’s the healthiest thing on the menu?
The Açaí Super Food Bowl at $12.99 — spinach, pineapple, strawberries, hemp seed, goji berries and cacao nibs, with no added sugar and no dairy. The quinoa superfood salad is the savoury equivalent.

Can I work from here for a couple of hours?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi, indoor seating and an outdoor patio, and nobody will move you along.
